The terms you agree to when you book a wash with Lam3a.

Booking and confirmation

A booking made on this site is a request. It is confirmed when we call you and agree the arrival window.
Arrival windows are two-hour ranges, not exact times. Traffic and the car before yours can move us within that window.
We serve Sheikh Zayed, New Zayed and 6 October City. Outside those areas we confirm by phone before committing.

Prices are per visit, in Egyptian pounds, and follow the published menu. The price is always calculated on our side from the service and vehicle you chose.
Pickups are charged at the SUV rate. Motorcycles are offered the Essential wash at a flat rate.
Restoration and paint correction carry no fixed price. We quote after seeing the car, and you are free to decline the quote.
Unusually heavy contamination may need a special-treatment quote. We tell you before starting, never after.

We need access to the parked car and somewhere to work around it. Please arrange gate access and tell us about any restriction when booking.
Please remove valuables from the car before we arrive. We are not responsible for items left inside.
A wash does not include paint correction, machine polishing, ceramic coating, scratch removal or full interior extraction.
We will point out pre-existing damage rather than work over it. Washing does not repair defects that were already there.

Payment is due in cash when the service is finished and you have checked the result. Nothing is collected online.
