The terms you agree to when you book a wash with Lam3a.

Booking and confirmation

A wash booked on this site at a listed price is booked as soon as you send it, for the arrival window you chose. Lam3a Club sign-ups and work priced after inspection are confirmed when we call you and agree the details.
Arrival windows are two-hour ranges, not exact times. Traffic and the car before yours can move us within that window.
We wash in Sheikh Zayed City only, including Palm Hills, at the spot you pin on the booking map. We do not cover New Zayed, New Giza, October Gardens or the rest of 6th of October City.

Prices are per visit, in Egyptian pounds, and follow the published menu. The price is always calculated on our side from the service and vehicle you chose.
Sedans, SUVs and pickups are each priced separately. Motorcycles are offered Essential, exterior cleaning only, at a flat rate. Add-ons are offered for sedans and SUVs only for now.
Restoration and paint correction carry no fixed price. We quote after seeing the car, and you are free to decline the quote.
Unusually heavy contamination may need a special-treatment quote. We tell you before starting, never after.

We need access to the parked car and somewhere to work around it. Please arrange gate access and tell us about any restriction when booking.
Please remove valuables from the car before we arrive. We are not responsible for items left inside.
A wash does not include paint correction, machine polishing, ceramic coating, scratch removal or full interior extraction.
We will point out pre-existing damage rather than work over it. Washing does not repair defects that were already there.

You pay after the wash, in full, by InstaPay or Vodafone Cash. Once the crew has finished, Your washes shows the amount and our payment details; send the transfer and upload a screenshot of it there, and we mark the wash paid once the money has arrived.
