GOOD TO KNOW
Common questions
Everything customers ask before booking, in one place.
Where do you operate?
Sheikh Zayed City only, including Palm Hills. We wash at your home, office or compound parking anywhere inside Sheikh Zayed, and you pin the exact spot on the map when you book. We do not cover New Zayed, New Giza, October Gardens or the rest of 6th of October City.
Can you enter gated compounds?
Yes. Add the gate and the unit while booking, and pin the exact spot on the booking map so the crew can find the car.
How long does it take?
It varies with the vehicle's size and condition. Heavy contamination may need a special-treatment quote.
When do I pay?
After the wash, by InstaPay or Vodafone Cash. Nothing is paid when you book. Once the crew has finished, Your washes shows the amount and our payment details: send the transfer and upload a screenshot of it there. Your washes opens with your mobile number and the 4-digit PIN you choose on your first booking.
What is included in a wash?
Essential is the complete clean: an exterior hand wash, wheels and tyres, hand drying and exterior glass, a vacuum of the seats, carpets and floor mats, the dashboard, console and door panels, interior glass, and tyre finishing. Shine adds detailed wheel and tyre cleaning, door jambs, a more thorough vacuum including tight spaces, detailed interior trim and crevices, and enhanced finishing. Premium adds targeted chemical cleaning of stubborn exterior spots, extra attention to hard-to-reach areas, deeper interior detailing, spray wax or sealant protection, and a final inspection.
What is not included?
Washes do not include paint correction, machine polishing, ceramic coating, scratch removal, or full interior extraction. That work is quoted separately after we see the car.
Do you price by vehicle size?
Yes. Sedans, SUVs and pickups each have their own price for every package. Motorcycles are offered Essential, exterior cleaning only, at a flat rate. Add-ons are offered for sedans and SUVs for now.
Are subscriptions the same price?
No. The prices shown are for individual washes and are separate from subscription pricing.
